Bandung Day 3

The next day, i woke up feeling bloated. You know.. macam nak berak tapi bila duduk kat jamban tak kluar ape2 or yang nak sedawa tapi tak I just sapu aje minyak cap kapak..selawat banyak2.. Mr H was having throbbing headache and bloated stomach. He did not have any appetite during breakfast. He looked so weak. At the same time, my Future MIL contracted Diarrhea. Kesiannya.. she went in and out of the toilet. Luckily my Future FIL, he brought along his medication and he passed around to us to consume. I did not take it coz i was wary about the medicine and i thought i'll be fine sooner or later.

Moreover, that day we were going out to the off-beaten track away from the hustle-bustle of Bandung. We are going to Garut. An hour and a half drive out of Bandung and throughout our journey Mr H was dozing.. I was the photographer, capturing the beautiful scenery. Actually, it was Mr H's idea to go out to the rural area tapi he did not enjoy the ride at all.. He wanted to look at the train tracks, mountains and padi fields but he missed those.. Halfway through the journey, he was getting better and i never felt happier.

At Garut, we went to the chocolate factory called "chocodot". All types of chocolates such as Chilli Chocolate, Tea-infused chocolate, Cempedak chocolate and Chocolate dodol! It cost only Rp7,000 which is 90cents! Along the way, we stopped at the kerepek-keropok store where i bought dodol, wajik and their famous "kulit sapa goreng". hahahaha u noe macam chinese pork skin gitu..

The best part for the day was we went to "Cihampelas Walk". The shopping mall is as big as Vivo city! I never imagined that Bandung could be so modern and clean! When we arrived, it was already 6pm therefore unable to jalan-jalan. Besides we were hungry from the Garut trip and we were rushing to buy my brownies. While returning to the car, we passed by a "Couple shop".They sell plus size couple tees for Rp85,000 each which is S$13! Online-shop selling it for S$25. Is it a good deal!! BUT ade baju design, size dier ade tapi size aku takde.. So end up, we bought "Property of my wife/husband" tee. My Future MIL cakap, dah kahwin boleh pakai. hahahah! We will wear it on our honeymoon. hehehe..
Then we rushed to Kartika Sari, the famous brownie shop in Bandung. Actually what i saw online, was to buy those from "Amanda's". Takpelah.. Insyallah next time aje..
